Your Role as an Experience Ambassador:

The Experience Ambassador will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Workplace Manager with various operational tasks, including financial management, maintenance oversight, vendor coordination, procurement of materials, and administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor financial transactions and maintain budgetary controls.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Oversee site operations and conduct facility inspections.
  • Mitigate risks for both JLL and its clients.
  • Perform daily concierge services to enhance client experience.
  • Coordinate event management activities.
  • Manage IT assets effectively.

  • A proactive self-starter with a strong track record of delivering quality service.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • A positive attitude and proven relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker capable of navigating ambiguity and solving complex challenges.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business, or a related field, along with relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with local health and safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of vendor management practices.
  • Understanding of facilities services, both soft and hard.
  • Strong administrative capabilities.
