About the Role

We are seeking a Client Services Assistant to join our Client Services team. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role that offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in a top-tier law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role in a professional organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional food and beverage wait service for meetings, functions, and events, including some after-hours work.
  • Prepare and serve barista coffee and tea for clients.
  • Assist in the preparation and service of catered/precooked meals.
  • Arrange cheese and/or fruit platters for events.
  • Proactively follow up bookings in our Event Management System (EMS).
  • Assist with room set-ups, including moving furniture and opening/closing wall panels.
  • Be the first point of contact for AV queries, such as assisting with the setup of Teams calls and presentations.
  • Process invoices and other relevant administrative tasks.
  • Provide Reception cover when required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Reliable and flexible.
  • Physically able to move/lift equipment and supplies.
  • Good keyboard skills and knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • A strong commitment to teamwork.
  • Barista and hospitality experience would be an advantage.
  • Being tech-savvy would be an advantage.
