The Role

As a Service and Warranty Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients' warranty needs are met and their concerns addressed promptly and professionally.

  • Liaising with clients, updating them on the status of their warranty requests.
  • Addressing clients' concerns in a highly professional manner, collaborating with the Building Manager and other departments to resolve any client escalations.
  • Working alongside subcontractors to allocate warranty work, monitoring subcontractor workflow and follow up if necessary.
  • Maintaining the Warranty database, including work orders and job histories.
  • Receiving, checking, verifying and coding Purchase Orders & Invoices ready for approval.
  • Ensuring work is communicated to subcontractors and suppliers and actioned within pre-set timeframes.
  • Making warranty statistics and information available for decision-making.

To Be Successful

You'll need:

  • Previous experience in warranty administration, customer service or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using office software and databases.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with clients and team members.
