We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Liaison to join our team in Western Sydney.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a well-established homes builder with a strong industry reputation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving warranty claims, and coordinating service requests.
About The Role:In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, liaising with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient resolution of issues.
You will maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and service requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage and process warranty claims in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate service requests and schedule technicians or contractors as needed.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
