Are you passionate about sharing your university experience with others? We are seeking students to join our team as Student Ambassadors.

As a Student Ambassador, you will play a vital role in representing the University and assisting with the delivery of events and activities that engage future students. You will be responsible for:

  • Representing the University in a positive and professional manner at events such as Open Days, university expos, and campus tours.
  • Proactively engaging with future students and other stakeholders, sharing your experiences of university with diverse audiences.
  • Leading campus tours for individuals and groups of prospective students.
  • Delivering workshops and presentations to high school students and parents about the university experience, admissions, scholarships, and transition into university.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing the University in a positive and professional manner at events.
  • Engaging with future students and other stakeholders.
  • Leading campus tours.
  • Delivering workshops and presentations.
  • Undertaking tasks such as organizing merchandise, data entry, event preparation, social media, and phone calls to students.
  • Attending training, team meetings, and other development opportunities as scheduled during the year.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Have completed at least one semester of study at the University by the end of 2025 and have at least one year of study remaining.
  • Have a current Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Availability to work at events outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends.
