Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a highly skilled team as a Senior Network Engineer. The role will involve managing diverse IT environments across several geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of distributed Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet networks in franchise stores and data centres.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through efficient service request fulfillment.
  • Drive Business-As-Usual initiatives including installation and upgrading of network systems.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate incidents and problem management cases across franchise store, corporate, and data centre networks.

About You:

  • Relevant qualification and a Cisco CCNP certificate or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills.
  • Customer focused, results oriented, self-motivated, and capable of performing well under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Good hands-on skill on Routing & Switching, Wi-Fi, Network Security (Firewall & SIEM), Network Load Balancing, DC Spine & Leaf Technologies.
  • Experience/familiarity operating on Cisco and Juniper devices & Juniper Mist Platform.
  • Administration experience using SolarWinds NPM, NCM, and IPAM modules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Juniper JNCIS Certification or equivalent.
  • F5 (APM, LTM, GTM & iRules) experience.
