About this role

We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to drive sustainable growth for our business programs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing strategic plans to increase business to our cafes;
  • Collaborating with the Regional Manager to identify opportunities for vocational training courses and seek out new funding and growth initiatives;
  • Fostering relationships within key industries to deepen and broaden partnerships;
  • Building revenue streams by leveraging internal and external stakeholder networks;
  • Evaluating service provision with the Regional Manager to inform future development.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current NSW Employee Working with Children Check;
  • A current NSW Driver licence;
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing/sales or demonstrated equivalent experience.
