As a Class Preparation Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining hygiene and safety standards in relevant areas and equipment. This includes compliance with food storage and disposal guidelines, as well as classroom setup and food preparation.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate II in Hospitality or equivalent skills and knowledge, sound knowledge of food handling and safe work practices, and knowledge of relevant consumables and equipment.

A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification is also highly regarded, as is an unrestricted driver's license.
