About us:

Our centre is seeking an experienced Nominated Supervisor / Centre Director to lead our dedicated team and build on our successful service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Teaching (or equivalent) or Diploma working towards ECT
  • Leadership experience in early childhood education and care
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills
  • Experience in curriculum development, parent and community engagement, staff training, and team leadership
  • Ability to develop high-quality programs and foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, and staff
  • Contribute to and develop educational programs
  • Ensure smooth Centre operations in line with regulations and policies
  • Oversee Centre presentation internally and externally
  • Promote and market the service to increase utilisation and manage waiting lists

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our centre forward and ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality services to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the early childhood education sector and a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
