About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage centre operations to achieve outstanding results
  • Mentor and guide staff to ensure exceptional education and care
  • Develop and implement centre-wide strategies to drive excellence
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor/Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA recognised)
  • Experience in staff development and leadership
  • First Aid/CPR and WWCC
  • Unlimited work rights in Australia
  • Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
  • Ability to develop a QIP
  • Experience in working towards leading an Exceeding Centre
