Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst

The role is to support a major ERP transformation program, focusing on the S/4HANA Payroll stream within the Brisbane Modern ERP Program.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with large HR/Payroll migration projects and a strong understanding of service delivery. They should be able to analyze and document payroll business processes, identifying automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and define payroll system requirements with stakeholders.
  • Analyze and document payroll business processes, identifying automation opportunities.
  • Design time and leave workflows ensuring compliance with Australian regulations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on data migration and system integration.
  • Validate system designs, configurations, and identify gaps or risks.
  • Support testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
  • Provide training and documentation for users.
Required Skills:
  • At least 10 years of SAP experience, especially in time and leave processes.
  • Experience with HR/Payroll operations and system integrations.
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to deliver user-centric system designs.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Organized, goal-driven, and emotionally intelligent.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in multi-release programs.
  • HR/Payroll operational or support experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodologies or relevant certifications.
