Job Description

We are seeking a Change Management Lead to drive a significant digital transformation initiative within the Queensland Government, focused on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA across three government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver, lead and manage the S/4HANA migration project, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Provide expert strategic and tactical advice and leadership on change management, ensuring all necessary change management elements are embedded in plans.
  • Manage risks and issues that may impact on the successful implementation of the project.
  • Support and work closely with teams to ensure S/4HANA aligns with the strategic direction of the department, business areas, and whole-of-Government.
