Support a dynamic team in executing go-to-market strategies, driving business growth and achieving core objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with Marketing & Communications Teams to oversee campaign execution, market messaging, and brand positioning. Analyze data on broker performance, gather market insights, and provide oversight & analysis of satisfaction surveys to drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate customer and distribution activities to support business goals, KPIs, and strategic priorities.
About the Team
This role is part of a Customer & Distribution team, reporting directly into the CEO, ANZ. The team leads relationship and business development efforts for strategic customers and broker partners.

Required Skills
A university degree or equivalent education/experience is required. General insurance industry experience is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is necessary. Strong analytical skills and report writing capabilities are also required.
