Business Development Channel Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Channel Manager to lead and implement an overall strategy for optimal and innovative distribution across different channels. This role requires building strong relationships with key distribution partners such as wholesalers, pharmacies, and buying groups to deliver products through the best channels towards our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional development of innovative distribution channel management strategies for Oceania and execution of these strategies across our portfolio.
  • Implementation, adaptation, and follow-up of cooperation agreements and contracts with wholesalers, buying groups, and pharmacies.
  • Mapping & analysis of networks, trends, data & ecosystems to derive commercial intervention points and secure in-market supply towards our patients.
  • Contribution to product launch projects and selection of appropriate channels and partners.
  • Driving deeper integration with customers and collaborating with internal teams to align sales and channel efforts.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience in pharmaceutical wholesaling or as a wholesale Key Account Manager.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and ideation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience.
  • Australian citizenship or current residency Visa.
