**Job Overview**:

We are seeking a seasoned Distribution Strategist to lead our regional software distribution efforts. This key role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive distribution strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize market competitiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in software distribution, channel management, or sales operations within the ANZ region. They will possess excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

As a strategic thinker, the Distribution Strategist will analyze complex data sets, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted solutions to optimize distribution processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute regional distribution strategies aligned with global objectives
  • Manage relationships with key channel partners (resellers, system integrators, distributors)

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop training resources for channel partners
  • Oversee logistics and delivery optimization
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in software distribution, channel management, or sales operations
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful regional distribution strategies
  • Strong understanding of various software distribution models
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
