Distribution Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Distribution Manager to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for identifying new segments for distribution opportunities and managing pipeline and opportunities from initiation through to activation.

The role involves building strong relationships with clients, networking, and engaging through events and practice appointments. You will have a solid understanding of the financial services environment, practice management, and self-directed skills to stay abreast of legislative and regulatory impacts.

Key responsibilities include superior stakeholder engagement, relationship management, negotiation skills, and the ability to deal with senior industry figures at all levels.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to introduce new opportunities to the Panorama platform.
  • Manage pipeline and opportunities from initiation through to activation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate and execute on strategy.
  • Maintain a sound understanding of the changing landscape of the financial services environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative and regulatory impacts.
