This is a significant role within our organization, responsible for expanding our brand presence across key customer segments.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to build and nurture strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and execute strategies that help grow our premium brands in local markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to engage with customers, understand emerging trends, and develop innovative business plans.

The successful individual will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to expand our brand's reach within both On Premise and Off Premise channels. They will work closely with internal teams and customers to understand market needs and drive new opportunities that will enhance our position in the marketplace.

The Business Development Executive will play a critical role in:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with distributors, retailers, and On Premise customers.
  • Cultivating and managing relationships with key customers, ensuring their engagement with our brands.
  • Presenting creative, commercial strategies to customers, with a focus on driving profitable growth and enhancing brand awareness.
  • Gathering market intelligence to inform business development strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams in marketing, sales, and product development to ensure business strategies are aligned and executed seamlessly across all customer touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the On Premise channel or the beverage alcohol industry. They will have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
