As an APS5 Project Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of participant-centric policies and services.
The Participant Advocate Division is seeking a highly skilled professional to connect business areas directly with participants, gathering insights that can be incorporated into policy and service design.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and sharing participant feedback, building and supporting a culture of participant centricity.
Key responsibilities include:
Reporting
- Producing regular reports on participant insights for Executive Leadership Team and internal stakeholders.
Data Analysis
- Assisting with analysis of quantitative and qualitative information to enable understanding of participant insights of systemic Agency issues.
Record Management
- Maintaining and further developing the record management system for participant insights.
Internal Communications
- Coordinating internal communications, scheduling and attending meetings, recording minutes and providing input where required.
Meeting Coordination
- Coordinating and managing actions from meetings, working across the Agency as needed.
Relationship Building
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and collaborative relationships with external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Writing Skills
- Writing briefing and research documents and reports suitable for government and senior executives.
Research Skills
- Researching and analysing data (qualitative and quantitative) to develop understanding of systemic concerns of participants.
Organisation
- Demonstrating good organisational skills to keep track of workflow.
Government Experience
- Having experience with government writing.
Accessibility
- Understanding how to create accessible documents in a range of formats.
Mandatory Requirements: Australian Citizenship is essential.
