Property Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced facilities coordinator to oversee daily facility operations, ensure timely responses to maintenance queries and schedule regular maintenance activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day facility services across multiple sites, coordinating the implementation of safety protocols, administering property agreements and tenancy arrangements, and assisting in project delivery.
- Coordinate daily facility operations, including maintenance scheduling and responding to reactive maintenance queries.
- Oversee contractor performance and manage budgets.
- Administer property and tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that enhance workplace efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Experience in facilities management or coordination.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
