What We're Looking For:

We're after someone who:

  • Has exceptional attention to detail - you notice the little things others miss.
  • Can think on their feet and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is perceptive and proactive, always one step ahead.
  • Brings strong administrative and organisational skills to the table.
  • Is eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with clients and team members.
  • Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport.
  • Is willing to study and obtain their Agent's Representative Certificate (we'll help guide you through this).

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be immersed in all aspects of property management, including:

  • Assisting with leasing and inspections
  • Supporting our property managers with admin and client communication
  • Learning the ropes of compliance, maintenance coordination, and more

All while being mentored by a friendly, experienced team who genuinely want to see you succeed.
