We're seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maximising profitability. As an Operations Coordinator, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of our back-of-house processes, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while maintaining efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritise tasks and coordinate the operations team to operate a highly efficient back-of-house environment.
  • Manage stock flow, including inbound goods and processing, returns processing, transfers, and invoice management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and queries effectively.

You'll be working in a fast-paced retail environment where creativity and ideas are valued. If you have strong multi-tasking skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for inventory management and processes, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements
  • A degree or certification in a related field (e.g., business, logistics).
  • Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An understanding of inventory management and processes.
