What you'll be doing
On a day-to-day basis, you'll:
Coordinate the day-to-day facility services across corporate sites ensuring timely responses to reactive maintenance queries and scheduled maintenance activities.
Support the coordination of Essential Safety Measures' (ESM) compliance across corporate facilities.
Assist with the administration of property and tenancy agreements.
Monitor contractor performance, support budgets, and help deliver projects.
Contribute to the delivery of our workplace strategy by supporting improvements such as refurbishments and relocations.
