Workplace Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our team as a Workplace Experience Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our workplace.

  1. You will be responsible for managing daily workplace operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining quality standards.
  2. Proactively identify and address workplace issues, coordinating with leadership and vendors when necessary.
  3. Regularly inspect the workspace to ensure cleaning, food, and other services meet high standards.
  4. Build and maintain productive relationships with third-party vendors and service partners.
  5. Develop meaningful relationships with employees and guests, and maintain high visibility throughout the workplace.
  6. Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives.
  7. Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, troubleshooting issues and collecting feedback relating to workplace services.
