Job Overview

The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the organization's human resources function across various departments. This involves owning specific processes and acting as backup for payroll functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day transactional tasks and ad hoc projects related to HR.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team, train employees, administer policies and procedures, manage employment contracts, maintain system records, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Create new starter packs, develop personnel files, maintain records, assist with induction programs, and conduct post-employment reviews.
  • Analyze reports for the HR function and provide insights.
  • Assist in facilitating employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with pre-employment right to work checks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Certification in Human Resources or relevant degree.
  • Proven experience in HR operations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and software tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to research and interpret HR-related information from credible sources.
