About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Youth Engagement Assistant to join our team at yourtown. As the initial point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to welcome young people and their families, guiding them to our team of experts for further assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the heart and face of yourtown, warmly greeting all staff, members, and visitors to our site.
  • Craft, plan, and deliver fantastic weekly events, bringing our young people and the community together with the perfect blend of hospitality and energy.
  • Provide relevant information and support regarding transport, amenities, and areas of interest around the site.
  • Proactively find opportunities to provide positive and friendly service to staff and clients.
  • Provide administration and office support to the wider team and organise office supplies and catering as required.

A friendly and self-aware team player with the ability to build strong relationships is essential. Demonstrated experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is also required.
