Key Responsibilities- Be the heart and face of Yourtown, warmly greeting all staff, members, and visitors to our site.
- Craft, plan, and deliver fantastic weekly events, bringing our young people & the community together with the perfect blend of hospitality and energy.
- Provide relevant information and support regarding, transport, amenities, and areas of interest around the site.
- Proactively find opportunities to provide positive and friendly service to staff and clients.
- Provide administration and office support to the wider team and organise office supplies and catering as required.

We're looking for someone who is a natural problem solver and has the ability to connect with young people. You'll need well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully engage and deliver information to clients and staff. A friendly and self-aware team player with the ability to build strong relationships is essential. Demonstrated experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment is also required. If you enjoy cooking and utilising your creative flair to cook meals for our young people, this could be the perfect role for you.
