We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team at Yourtown. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a key role in partnering with employers to create employment opportunities for our young job seekers.
Key Responsibilities- Network and build relationships with employers to establish a pipeline of employment opportunities
- Work closely with our youth to understand their career aspirations and goals
- Provide guidance to employers on labour market concepts, opportunities, and incentives
- Match young people with suitable employment opportunities, ensuring sustainable and successful outcomes
- Foster strong relationships with local employers to establish long-term career opportunities
We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service, experience in community engagement, and a solid understanding of the local labour market.
You will be a marketing whiz, eager to promote our services and create employment opportunities for our young people. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, building rapport with employers, and providing solutions to meet their business needs.
