**Job Title:** Governance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support our Quality Management System.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying emerging learning governance issues, contributing to a statewide compliance framework, and enhancing learning governance strategies.

Key responsibilities include analysing compliance data, completing course validation activities, ensuring RTO registration compliance, liaising with stakeholders, preparing documentation, and supporting the management of course and student information within Learning Management Systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of RTO arrangements, standards, and environment
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
