Job Description

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing Financial Wellbeing Assists (FWA) learning governance practices and support the maintenance and sustainment of quality core curriculum.

The Capability Expert is an expert in capability, learning and development process, policy and system governance. They will partner with business stakeholders, the capability community and Talent & Culture to drive efficient and effective training delivery to uplift the FWA's workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and executing leading learning governance practices to ensure FWA staff meet high standards.
  • Working with Capability Expert peers to support ongoing maintenance and sustainment of quality core curriculum and flagship strategic programs.
  • Development and delivery of learning reporting, creating transparency, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the design and delivery of capability related process optimisation changes, enhancements, and/or process transformation.

What We Need From You

  • Personal effectiveness and project management, coordination, learning reporting, and continuous improvement capability.
  • Experience or understanding of learning need analysis, human-centred design, developing, and embedding learning.
  • Relationship Management - building, maintaining, and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Coaching - A passion for leading, coaching, and growing people selflessly through effective dialogue, enquiry, goal setting, and communication.
  • Data driven decision making - using multiple sources of data and information to help contextualise and determine priorities.
