Job Title: Governance ProfessionalAbout this Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Governance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing risk and compliance management practices within our internal governance function.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement policies and processes to ensure regulatory obligations and commercial risks are appropriately identified, assessed, reported, and monitored.
  • Collaborate with teammates to maintain strong control environments and effectively manage risks and compliance obligations.
  • Act as a key point of contact for breach and incident investigations, working closely with subject matter experts to resolve issues, communicate findings, and align on resolution strategies.
  • Conduct reviews and oversee assurance of business processes and controls to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in implementing risk and compliance management practices within a similar governance function. A proactive, hands-on delivery style and excellent communication skills are essential.
