Learning Governance Coordinator Role

This is a critical position within our Quality Management System, focusing on strengthening governance and compliance arrangements for our training and assessment services.

The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring adherence to RTO standards, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and providing expert advice on quality control.

Key responsibilities include shaping processes and embedding best practices from the ground up, working closely with the Manager Quality and Evaluation team.

As an organised and proactive professional, you will bring strong compliance and quality control expertise, a deep understanding of RTO compliance requirements, and a meticulous approach to detail.

You will have contemporary knowledge of competency-based training practices, advanced administrative skills, and the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
