About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as a Centre Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care services.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent leadership and management skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a team of educators to provide high-quality early childhood education and care services that meet the needs of each child.
  • To develop and implement programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • To ensure the centre operates efficiently and effectively, including staff rostering and budgeting.
  • To maintain effective communication channels with parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • To stay up-to-date with changes in early childhood education and care policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in early childhood education, including previous leadership or management roles.
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability and willingness to stay up-to-date with changes within the Early Years.
