Job Title: Educational Centre Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our educational team, ensuring exceptional early childhood education for children, while supporting families and the local community.

This role involves managing the centre in line with company policies, procedures, and targets, as well as developing a positive and engaging community presence.

  • Developing a cohesive work environment for all staff
  • Providing leadership, support, and guidance to staff and students as needed
  • Inducting and supporting new team members
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing initiatives to increase occupancy rates and ensuring the centre complies with all policies, state legislation, and national quality standards.

Maintaining health and safety standards in line with company standards is also crucial for this role.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or a Diploma in Children's Services
  • Current Working with Children's Check and valid First Aid, Child Protection, Proda RA number
  • Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Strong experience creating and maintaining a Centre Quality Improvement Program
