Responsibilities

As the Centre Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless enrolment processes, and managing team development and performance evaluations. Your expertise in early childhood education and management will be invaluable in driving success and delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families.

Key requirements include:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Current Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
  • Excellent knowledge of EYLF and NQF, with experience in the Assessment and Rating process
  • Proven experience in managing an early childhood service
