Service Centre Team Leader

The Service Centre Team Leader plays a pivotal role in driving the execution of thermal activities and enhancing organisational efficiency.
This fast-paced position contributes to the company's strategy of delivering an exceptional customer experience while optimising resource utilisation.
A high level of motivation and engagement is required for the service team, focusing on safety and quality of service delivery.
The successful candidate will lead the local team and processes by securing skilled resources, building relationships with subcontractors, and improving safety, quality, and efficiency within the workshop.
In addition to leading the service centre team, this individual will be responsible for implementing transformative investment projects, encompassing project planning, budget management, supplier sourcing, commissioning, and certification of facilities.
- Lead the service centre team and plan for all spare parts, tools, training, and certification required.
- Monitor and report on monthly KPIs related to the Service Centre and coordinate communication with internal experts.
- Propose and implement improvement strategies regarding safety, quality, and efficiency.
