Centre Leader

We are seeking an exceptional professional to drive daily operations, team leadership and family engagement at our centres. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing centre operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the centre
  • Maintain high standards for centre appearance and work practices
  • Manage staff and create efficient rosters
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to team members
  • Ensure educators deliver excellent early learning programs meeting high standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with staff, families, children and local community
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Centre Director in early childhood education
  • Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Valid Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Ability to effectively lead and mentor a team of early childhood professionals
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to coordinating ongoing professional development for educators
