Aviation Maintenance Specialist

The Key Challenges We're Facing:
- Maintaining Synthetic Training Devices requires meticulous attention to detail and prompt action to ensure optimal performance.
- Simulator Technicians must work efficiently under various conditions, including shift work, to meet CAE's high standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
- As a key member of our team, you will perform maintenance tasks as directed by senior staff, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- You will be responsible for collaborating with flight crew and instructors during training sessions, focusing on achieving successful outcomes.
- You will assist in ongoing improvement activities related to maintenance, aligning with CAE's Quality Management System.
- You will contribute to maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to CAE's Environment, Health & Safety Management System.
Your Ideal Skills and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with an Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Certificate IV Aeroskills (Avionics) or similar experience.
- Prior experience in simulator maintenance, avionics, or electrical control systems, along with a good understanding of technical processes, is highly valued.
- You should possess hands-on experience with hand tools and test equipment, as well as basic knowledge of computer networks.
- A permanent resident with the ability to obtain minimum baseline security clearance is essential.

Benefits and Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
