**Key responsibilities**:

- Perform fault/maintenance diagnostic activities and complete repairs as required
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance services relating to the plant
- Manage inventory of equipment/parts required to perform maintenance & service activity
- Test plant and equipment to ensure repair/maintenance work has been completed correctly
- Perform fabrication activities in accordance with drawings including any minor welding repairs as required
- Ensure all tools and equipment used is safe to use and stored in a clean and correct manner
- Working on general pipe fitting and plant equipment overhaul

**Skills and Experience**:

- **Experience as a M**echanical Fitter or equivalent
- Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent - preferred
- Forklift licence
- Working at heights ticket
