We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Rigger to join our Australian studio team, offering flexible working options in either city or beachside locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rigging complex characters and objects for film and television productions;
  • Collaborating with CG teams to troubleshoot geometry-related issues with assets;
  • Developing tools using Python scripting for Maya to enhance rigging efficiency;
  • Communicating effectively with rigging team members and supervisors to ensure seamless workflow integration.

About You

  • Minimum three years of experience as a CG Rigger;
  • Strong understanding of rigging principles, including hierarchies, connections, constraints, and deformers;
  • Proficiency in skinning deformation management using Standard Maya tools or NGSkinTools;
  • Demonstrated expertise in creature anatomy and mechanical object details;
  • Able to create realistic rigs for creatures and photo-real objects, leveraging internal tools and collaborating with other departments.
