In this dynamic role, you will provide strategic direction, shape policies, and drive innovative cultural initiatives while fostering collaboration with community stakeholders.
You will manage program delivery across Coffs Harbour Libraries and Yarrila Arts and Museum (YAM), ensuring compliance with governance and financial requirements.
This important position contributes to the continuous development of Coffs Harbour, making it a vibrant and culturally rich community.Please refer to the Position Description for a more detailed understanding of the role.Please note that suitable applicants may be invited to interview prior to the closing date.About YouYou will hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field and possess leadership training.
Strong communication, analytical skills, and experience in budget management and stakeholder engagement are essential.
It's important that you can advocate for cultural services and lead change effectively.
