We are seeking a Senior Manager – Operational Risk to lead and evolve our operational risk management framework.

  • Risk Identification, Assessment & Control: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, focusing on process and control design.">
  • Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure adherence to NDIS guidelines and other regulatory requirements.">
  • Business Continuity & Incident Management: Strengthen resilience through well-tested plans and rapid incident response.">
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Deliver insights through risk reporting and data analysis for executive and board stakeholders.">
  • Risk Culture & Continuous Improvement: Champion risk awareness and foster a culture of accountability and learning.">
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders, operational teams, and Group Risk to embed best practice.">

About the Role

  • ">
  • Proven experience in Line 1 operational risk and operational resilience roles.">
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, testing, and assuring controls, through audits and risk assurance activities.">
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services or another regulated sector.">
  • Deep understanding of operational risk frameworks, control testing methodologies, and incident management.">
  • Familiarity with contact centre operations and/or financial transaction processing.">
  • Experience preparing high-quality reports and insights for executive and board-level audiences.">
  • Knowledge of privacy, data protection, and applicable Australian legislation.">
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is advantageous.">
