Leading Operational Risk Executive

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the execution of our Operational Risk Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage key incidents, ensuring timely escalation and remedial actions.
- Collaborate with Cyber, Technology, and Data teams to provide high-quality risk advice.
- Conduct thorough 'Risk in Change' assessments and operational risk evaluations across business units.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding report results and required actions.
- Drive a positive risk culture throughout the organization.
- Provide technical and business risk knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Line 1/2 Operation Risk within financial services industry.
- Tertiary degree in Technology, Law, Business, Commerce, or related field.
- Strong knowledge and passion for IT.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
