Join us in seeking an experienced leader to drive operational risk management excellence.

This role will lead our operational governance function, working closely with Performance Management, Quality Assurance, and Service Support teams. The successful candidate will promote a culture of governance and performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives through effective risk management, compliance, and incident management frameworks.

Responsibilities include leading the operational governance function, overseeing incident management, line 1 risk, and business rules compliance, chairing and leading key forums to address governance and compliance issues, managing the incident management framework for member and employer experience, driving continuous improvement of the business rules framework, and collaborating effectively with all functions within the member and employer experience division.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in risk management, mitigation, and controls, preferably within similar industries. Proven expertise in line 1 risk management and incident resolution is also essential. A track record of enhancing risk and compliance frameworks and influencing organizational practices is highly valued.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels, are required. The ability to proactively engage, collaborate, and enable across all levels of the business is also crucial. A strategic mindset and a strong commitment to governance and risk excellence are essential qualities for this role.
