Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned compliance professional to join our Risk and Compliance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in regulatory compliance or legal areas, with a strong understanding of the Australian financial services industry.

As a Compliance Advisory Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and managing compliance frameworks and policies, providing expert advisory services to relevant stakeholders, and ensuring that our business operates in alignment with regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice on risk culture behaviours and consequence, controls, process, and administrative matters
  • Develop and enhance comprehensive compliance frameworks and policies
  • Conduct reviews of compliance plans for managed investment schemes
  • Review product disclosure documentation and marketing collateral
  • Conduct training on compliance frameworks and policies
Requirements:
  • Experienced compliance professional with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance or legal areas
  • Experience in interpreting and applying associated legislative requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
