We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver complex development and infrastructure projects across Tasmania and other states. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a dynamic team as we launch into our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end delivery of development and infrastructure projects from feasibility through to construction and handover.
- Prepare and manage project documentation including scopes, schedules, budgets, risk registers, procurement plans, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs to ensure integrated and timely project outcomes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong background in project management with at least 5 years' experience in engineering, construction, or property development.
