Job Overview:

A career opportunity has arisen for an experienced coordinator to join our team in Perth, WA. This is a key role in the successful delivery of events, working closely with Operations Managers and colleagues to ensure efficient event execution.

The primary focus is on accurately scheduling crew to achieve labor efficiency and successful event outcomes.

  • Roster casual and full-time crew to meet show delivery needs.
  • Assist with ongoing review of crew resources to ensure effective allocation.
  • Manage rosters and payroll system for casual and base staff to capture accurate data.
  • Plan rostering of full-time and casual crew to minimize payroll costs.
  • Ensure crew hours worked are fully recovered against all jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules for events to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Communicate with crew members regarding assignments and schedule changes.
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager for efficient event delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in meetings and events is essential.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, time management & project management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Customer-centric and ability to build long-lasting relationships.
