Curriculum Leader Job

We are seeking a skilled Curriculum Leader to join our educational leadership team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a nurturing and empowering environment where educators and children can thrive.

About the Position
  • This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver an exceptional curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development while helping them build a strong sense of identity
  • Work closely with an Early Childhood Teacher and a supportive Leadership team to achieve outstanding outcomes for children and educators
  • Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday
  • In-depth experience in leading a team within a childcare service
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
