Marketing Specialist Role

The Marketing Specialist role is a dynamic position within our organization that involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Content Creation:
    • Develop high-quality marketing materials including graphic design and copywriting.
    • Provide creative support for tenders, client presentations, and internal communications.
    • Develop engaging digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
    • Write articles to support our digital strategy.
  • Brand Management:
    • Maintain and update our brand hub.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all collateral and digital assets.
    • Engage in the development of internal communication documents.
  • Sales & Proposal Support:
    • Design assets for business tenders, proposals, and client sales materials.
    • Develop visually appealing presentations, bespoke tender covers, and organizational charts.
  • Digital & Website Management:
    • Update and maintain content for our websites and microsites.
    • Work with SEO specialists to drive traffic and enhance search visibility.
    • Manage paid advertising campaigns.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Plan, create, and manage content for primary social media channels.
    • Engage followers and maintain a positive brand presence across all platforms.
  • Reporting:
    • Produce data-driven reports on traffic, engagement, and social media insights for regular reviews.
    • Manage Google Analytics accounts and analyze trends for better business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of marketing and design principles with experience in digital and social media.
  • Understanding of brand design and standards.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to work.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
