We're seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at e&s. As a vital part of our sales team, you will provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating product expertise and tailored solutions to every customer that walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the customer journey from quotation through to the point of sale, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain and manage exceptional customer relationships, building trust and loyalty.
  • Assess customer needs, consult with them, and make informed recommendations on products or services.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in sales software.
