Job Overview
As a Technical Lead / Solution Architect, you will design and support delivery of solutions that leverage real-time data, simulation, GenAI, and agentic AI capabilities to solve complex client problems. The role requires expertise in technical solutions and cloud architecture, especially AWS, experience leading complex technology transformation projects, managing senior relationships, and working with scaled cloud deployments, devops, security, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define technical solutions for end-to-end intelligent systems
- Provide technical architecture support and guidance
- Lead core product development activities for client implementations
- Support business development, including client proposals and scoping
- Present solutions in business development meetings
- Collaborate with engineers to implement client solutions aligned with product vision

About the Team:
The Optimal Reality team works with technologies like computer vision, AI/ML, and simulation to create solutions that make cities smarter and operations more efficient. We use languages such as Golang, Julia, Python, and front-end technologies like React and Javascript, employing a full-stack approach. Our focus is on ingesting and processing live data to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in client-facing or advisory roles, in-house or consulting
- Experience leading complex technology transformation projects, managing senior relationships
- Expertise in technical solutions and cloud architecture, especially AWS
- Experience with scaled cloud deployments, devops, security, and infrastructure
- Knowledge of simulation/digital twin implementation
- Technical development experience in microservices systems
- Familiarity with Python, Julia, SQL, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
- Experience with GenAI / LLM Engineering and Agentic AI systems
- Eligibility for or possession of an AGSVA baseline clearance
